- Download and watch the NoodleTools "Citing Sources" PowerPoint at http://www.noodletools.com/helpdesk/download.php?c=10&c1=7bba595f1d1d56fb011930d4864cd266.
- Get your login information from your teacher. People who have used NoodleTools in the past, do not create a new account. Get your login from your teacher.
- Login to your account. Follow the instructions. You do not have to put in the last 4 digits of your phone number. 1234 will work.
- Follow the instructions on the back side of the NoodleTools Quick Start Guide handout to the point where you have created a project. IMPORTANT: When creating a new project, click the little button next to MLA Starter. The default is MLA Advanced.
- Watch the screencast "Sharing projects with your teacher" at http://www.noodletools.com/noodlebib/tutorials/share. The name of the drop box is "3rd Period" - don't put in the quotation marks.
- Use the Research Tools on this site, search engines, etc. to find information on your topic. Cite your sources.
- If time, download and watch the PowerPoint "Notecards" at http://www.noodletools.com/helpdesk/download.php?c=13&c1=44d48a6c710f4288e207b23f422dc819. Make some notecards.
